• Identify a qualified buyer.
• Make agreement with Buyer before property visit.
• Show selected properties per his criteria.
• After finalizing a property, participate in negotiation for a mutually agreeable price.
• Ensure smooth transition of ownership.

Brokerage for Sale of Property -- 1% Brokerage on the Sale Price for Office Space within city limits, and 2% Brokerage on Sale of Land and/or property outside city limits from either parties. Land in city limits also attracts 2% brokerage.

Sellers

• Make agreement with him/her before property visit.
• Identify a genuine seller.
• Show property.
• After finalizing the property, negotiate a mutually agreeable price.
• Ensure smooth transition of ownership.

Brokerage for Purchase of Property -- 1% Brokerage on the Sale Price for Office Space within city limits, and 2% Brokerage on Sale of Land and/or property outside city limits from either parties. Land in city limits also attracts 2% brokerage.

For Lessees - one who wants property for lease

• Make agreement with him/her before property visit.
• Show properties according to their specifications.
• Finalizing the property.
• Assistance in Rental Agreements, if needed.

Brokerage for Leasing – One month Rental as brokerage fee.

For Lessors - one who has property for lease

• Make agreement with Lessor.
• Identify a genuine Lessee and show property.
• Finalizing the property.
• Assistance in Rental Agreements, if needed.

Brokerage for Leasing – One month Rental as the brokerage fee.
